• Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 5 days before your scheduled workshop.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 5 days before the workshop are eligible for a refund.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 5 days of the workshop are non-refundable.

• No-Shows: No-shows are non-refundable.
